Absolute Must for HMO Landlords

Matt provides a very clear HMO blueprint from his wealth of experience in the industry. It gave me a lot of food for thought: from VAT codes for developments, to different scopes of valuations, to all the tricks in sourcing the best tenants. Brilliant!
