Good book .. It's what I expected
Good book based on personal experience, lots of technical stuff, samples of bad experiences done by other person is also useful.
Definitely useful book to listen to.

Good book for newbie HMO tips
I wrote a review on Nick's other HMO book and this book builds on that well. This book is packed full of tips that someone who is new to HMO investing will appreciate. Well worth a listen in my opinion.
