Absolutely Brilliant.
Everyone needs to read / listen to this book. I have How not to die, which is amazing, this builds on that. So much essential information, not just for being slim, but for staying alive, and understanding the complexities of how our bodies work, how we are all different ...yet the same, and how to eat properly, forever, in order to never ever fad diet again. All backed up with evidence and fair summaries that, although in depth and scientific - are very easy to grasp and understand. I can not express how valuable this information is - READ IT. Good health.

Great book
this is a great book, if you think you might be interested then just get it. there's a tonne of information here and wherever Dr Gregor bases it on randomised, double blind, placebo controlled trials.

Hard to put down!
This is the second book of Dr Greger’s I’ve listened to and both I’ve struggled to put down. I’m always drawn back to listen to them and everyone in my family and friendship group will be hearing about what I’ve learnt from his books. Amazing listens, so well narrated and I will definitely be going back to listen to the rest of his books.

This is amazing, if only everyone knew this!
Dr Greger and his team have done all this work so we don't have to. I have no idea how we can get this out there as there are lots of corporations who want to stop it. but thank you Dr G, I'm one of the lucky ones who really love all the food you recommended 😊

Hooray for Dr Greger
Brilliant book, I’m so glad Dr Greger narrated it too!
Really gets you thinking about what you are eating and what foods affect you, I’ve pretty much switched to a vegetarian diet now and am really enjoying the benefits, lost nearly a kilo in a week and have been eating more!! Who knew!
