Fabulous book!

This book is pretty much in line with everything I’m reading on good health, nutrition, exercise and sleep so I believe everything written here.

Shawn Stevenson has done a fantastic job of pulling all the information together in a most interesting and easy to understand format.

Would highly recommend this book to anyone.

IT HELPED ME FINALLY FEEL RESTED AND HAPPY !

So informative! Really helped me understand all the problems I've been having for years and helped me beat the little but crucial habits which stood in the way of me getting so much needed rest. The author has used his personal struggles in the past as a starting base of discovering what health is all about. His work really helps thousands of people

Great book full of practical tactics to a better 😴

Would you listen to Sleep Smarter again? Why?

No because the pdf contains everything I need to implement the great technics and tricks to improve my sleep. And the book was clear the first time around. Great piece of work I decor recommend it.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Sleep Smarter?

The nutritional advice and the science behind the recommendations. As well it is very wide in scope leaving plenty of room for improving what people feel comfortable with.

What does Sara Gottfried and Shawn Stevenson bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

I listen to audiobook because it is convenient but the narrator was on point and very clear. No complaints.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Nope the whole is great and entertaining.

Any additional comments?

I don’t bother leaving reviews much often if at all but this read defo deserves one. Great piece of work, I will be following the author! So do yourself a favour and get it you will be glad you did. :)

Great reader clear guidance great resources.

Loved it a lot.
Some tips I needed reminding of some are brand new valuable info to me. i.e special EMF blocking bedding or the specific details of dangers of EMF on young people especially while in Delta i.e deeper sleep, valuable to share with my children.
The Narrator did an excellent job.

BRILLIANT

I've been searching for a solution to optimising my sleep as a part of my overall health as I already eat healthy and love to exercise regularly. This book was a god send for me and anyone who understands that sleep is paramount to your health and wellbeing. Some things in the book are common knowledge such as no caffeine before bed, a cooler room helps you to drift off more easily and orgasms are a great sleep aid. However there is also alot of great information such as understanding and manipulating sleep cycles, how quality exercise directly correlates to good sleep and much more. The narrator is pleasant and very funny. The subject of sleep is often over looked and not respected enough. This book will open your eyes to the importance of a good nights sleep or reinforce what you already know.
