This is SmartFrench Course Two. You will learn French as spoken by the French. There are three parts. In the first one, you will repeat very common French words. The sounds are given to you by referencing them to the sounds in the English language.

The way you will speak with SmartSpanish is the natural way. You will sound natural very early learning Spanish, and you will feel very confident speaking Spanish. Don't try to memorize. These words will be present in all conversations.

Tune your ear and learn to listen to the French language the way it is spoken. This first volume contains the alphabet, the numbers, and the conjugation of the four verbs most used, in French and in English, with multiple examples. You will learn useful tips to memorize them easily.

How did we choose the words that you should know first? We interviewed Italian natives and let them speak about the subject of their choice. We then selected a minute and a half of these conversations and isolated every word pronounced, classifying them into basic, primary, and secondary vocabulary. In the basic list, we put all the words that appear systematically in every conversation. Table, crayon-pencil, or avion-airplane would be included in the primary vocabulary list, but not in the basic vocabulary list where you will find words like: for, that, what, I, of, in, am.
