A collection of three novellas: A Medieval Fantasy Adventure, Sea Witch, and Vampire's Artifact.

My parents and I belonged to Sergei's werewolf clan. We lived by the Russia-Alaska border. When Sergei, our alpha-male, announced he was moving the clan to Alaska, it didn't make sense to me. Our new village looked just like the one in Russia. A few months later I was hunting lynx, mountain lions, moose, and polar bears. One night I felt like going to my favorite spot by the river; I snuck out of the cabin while my parents were sleeping. I turned into a wolf and started running in the direction of the river.

When I was 18-years-old my father, King Andrew Reginald of Scotland; my 16-year-old sister, Princess Stephanie Christine; and I, Princess Aleida Eleonora, were travelling from Melrose to Edinburgh. Our carriage was pulled by six horses from the royal stable; eight soldiers were riding in front and eight behind it. Night arrived, and a beautiful full moon appeared in the sky. While my father and sister were sleeping, I moved the red curtains from the window. All of a sudden I thought I saw a group of large creatures running among the trees on the left side of the road.

The view from this tall tree is kind of pretty. I can see salmon jumping on the river. Colorful birds are making their nests while they sing. The sky is clear this morning after a night of heavy rain. My name is Emma and I am a 16-year-old orphan with long brown hair that I braid every other day. My eyes are hazel like my mom's. My blue maiden dress is the only one I own. I am in charge of four siblings. Our parents died trying to protect us from a dragon attack and were killed instantly by the monster's lethal fire. I was not successful at hunting last night because I could not see anything with the rain.

Howling from a pack of wolves that were getting closer made me stretch my back with horror. I didn't have anything to defend myself with. They were most likely going to eat me alive. Maybe they already devoured my friends. I heard them sniffing, the howling that followed was so loud that I had to cover my ears. A red wolf slowly walked towards me. His shiny eyes were gray. I could hear mom's voice telling me. "Never think like prey, think like a predator!"
