Being a sports coach is challenging, rewarding and amazing role to take on, particularly if you get the opportunity to be a junior and youth sports coach. But often I here from coaches that they struggle getting started, and struggle with the challenges they face, in this series Becoming a Coach we will look at those challenges and how to overcome them, and interview coaches from across the sporting community to find out how they went about it.

For many years now, sports and sports organisations, clubs etc have gone about recruiting and developing coaches in a certain way, but is this model or process still the best practice going forward. In this podcast series we will explore how we can Develop Sports Coaches in a new way.
