Great for sdow boxing.
Great book for shadow boxing. It is 2x30 minute workouts. Best done back to back for a serious session. Fantastic audio programme well worth the price. Also great of you are starting with boxing.

One of the best audiobooks.
Great book on boxing and weight loss. I've listened to a lot of weight training books over the past few years and this remains one of the best audiobooks.

Book name misleading
Just think they should have been more bodyweight exercises not all boxing moves which was not really the name of the book we but misleading
I thought there should’ve been more descriptions and more footwork as well as more bodyweight exercises like press ups sit ups and how to do them proper the name of the book was a little bit misleading some beginners wouldn’t understand apricot and some of the boxing moves but otherwise okay
