Packed with great information on boxing
This book is packed with information that anybody, male or female, would need to take up the sport. With detailed breakdowns of nutritional information and useful exercises, more importantly the mindset of a successful boxer. I finds the stories /history of some of famous characters in the sport very intetesting too. it is a great and vaulable book for anyone looking to take up boxing.

Great guide!
As a complete beginner intrested in all things health and wellness, I loved this book and particularly appreciated the wonderful tips for self-defense, the clear instuctions, the stories and the infused motivation! Highly recommend!

If you're starting out in boxing or want to learn more about the sport, then this audiobook is for you! It provides a detailed and in-depth introduction to all aspects a beginner boxer should know. From leg stance to how to cool down after an intense boxing session. Andrew Hudson leaves no stone unturned. It is also great for those looking to lose weight in a fun and different way. This is not just for men who want to get in the ring, but for those wanting to get fit whilst enjoying a new sport. I highly recommend it.

A good book for boxers and health enthusiasts
I have always been a fan of boxing when there were personalities like Muhammad Ali, Evander Holyfield, Lennox Lewis, and the "iron" Mike Tyson. But what myself and many others did not realize was that boxing is good for fitness and self defence. And having listened to this book, I realized it emphasizes good health as well. So I would recommend this book to not just those interested in boxing, but for those who want to stay fit, healthy, and be able to defend themselves.

Great resource for boxers
This book is quite useful for those starting off in boxing or even those who may have some prior knowledge. A number of useful boxing techniques were provided within the book. I also enjoyed the chapters dedicated to stretching as well as the importance of nutrition.

Now I know the theory, just got to put in the work
Passionately narrated, nice change from the generic accents normally featured in audiobooks. The audiobook is split into bite sized chunks not just long chapters. Learnt so much about out-boxers, swarmers, sluggers and that the ideal boxer must learn all styles to be a master. From basic jab combos to the mind game, I feel like this book covers it all.

Definitely going to take boxing more seriously
I have always liked boxing as a workout sport only to get fit, but I also loved the feeling of seeming professional with my moves. This book definitely hits the nail on the head. I loved it even more because it provides great nutrition tips and recommendations.
I totally recommend this book.

Powerful Book!
Any sport gives you so much of confidence in life for a person but boxing sport is something which gives you confidence with little extra adrenaline rush. This book is properly set up for beginners with all the possible training tips and instructions which are pretty easy to implement. Definitely recommended!

Great book!
This is a great book as I got it for my nephew listened with me and he absolutely loved it!
Learning range of simple punches to basics of defence and more… Also the confidence building part is a so important as these days we all need to work on this part of our lives whatever sports we have a interest! Highly recommend this very well narrated audiobook!
