Hard work

There is probably some really useful information in this book, but it’s hard work and needs full concentration 100% of the time.

Lots of jargon that continues throughout. Unless you have loads of spare time read another.

The beginning and end felt more like a sell a further well anything.

Have read and enjoyed other books re influence, ie Phil Hesketh more entertaining and an easier listen

Many key phrases of interest

This book started very well, with many inspirational key phrases of personal developmental connotation that will help in my paradigm to come.

It kept me engaged & away from my Amazon shopping addiction for a few hours, so it saved me money!

As per usual the narrator does my nut due to emotional tonality, but I've heard worse!

Informative but tricky as an Audiobook

I live on audible, so I buy all books as audio versions. This one may be best read as a paper copy though. It’s tricky to follow its narrative in the audio version as the content (which sound mostly like bullet points and lists of tables) is not suited for this media and has not been adapted for it - there may be an idea :). The content, however, even in the audio version, is incredibly informative.

Boring

Just plain dull. The title is misleading, it is not about words that change minds, but rather about people behavior and psychologies. Plus, the narator's voice is annoying!
