Powerful Bedtime Meditations

I greatly appreciate this, I have such a hard time falling asleep. I have been experiencing anxiety attacks mostly at night when Im trying to sleep. I wake up at least three times, my chest hurts and I can't breath. This has helped me tremendously, just being able to relax and feel at peace at night! Thank you so much for making this. Really thank you.

The worst meditation book I have ever heard is Voices we're not soothing at all
