Body Essentials- So Interesting.
So much better than a biology lesson. Really good and so well narrated. I listened to this over a couple of days and it is so good that you could keep listening like a great story.
Well done Dr Karan. This is an entertaining and very educational book. Really enjoyed it.

Great read!
This book may save your life was a fun and interesting read. I enjoyed the facts and anecdotes that the author discusses. Along with all the slang terms for various parts of the human anatomy. Overall a fun book.

Easy listen and full of cool facts you may want to use
I listen to the authors podcasts so knew this would be a good book.
The chapters lay out the different parts of the body examined with facts you will definitely enjoy.
I appreciate the personal touch to each chapter and the approach that doesn’t come across as “You need to change this in order for this …”
Highly recommended and so hope more books to come.

Hilarious, informative, humbling and easy to digest
t’s hard not to be a fan of Dr.Rajan, his shorts online are always amusing but very informative, which is extremely important on platforms that are notorious for false and potentially dangerous information..
But following that, this book is no different! From the get go, Karan is witty and hilarious, but even the most complex medical terminology is broken down and explained in such a way that’s accessible even if you’re not an academic.
I haven’t even finished it but I still had to stop to give it 5 stars. Amazing!!
