Best writer ever

Best stories ever. Nothing else compares in my opinion. I'm always excited for the next story to be released.

Brilliant

As with the entire series the writing and characters are brilliant and the narration superb. Only downside is that it is far too short! Would have benefitted being combined with previous book.

Just keeps tying better.

Once again I have to start off with a rant… Who on earth had the idea of making the latest books in the series so short???

Once again RR Haywood shows he is a master craftsman when it comes to story. This instalment is another example of how he is unafraid to provoke thought and introspection. Mr Howey and his relationship with Dave were core to the earlier novels, however I love how each member of the team seems to get their time to shine. It doesn’t matter the character's background Haywood nails their hopes and fears, self doubt and vulnerabilities, with a narrative that is authentic and believable. The ending had me pacing up and down while listening, it was that intense.

Your gut instinct can be right about a person, but for the wrong reason…

Love this series but the latest books are too short!

As Brilliant as the rest of the series but this book and book 22 are about half the length of the others and over far too quickly! Now im back to waiting for the next release!

Great story, just too short

The length of these new offerings is much shorter, just as you are getting into them they’re over. This is really disappointing

A serious explosion of everything

Considering the rain has everyone hunkered down in this latest series of episodes, there is so much happening that this one flew by in what felt like minutes. Fans of R R Haywood’s work will no doubt be as blown away as I was by the cross-referencing nod, and the sheer balls to the wall pace of this one that leaves you breathless. I laughed out loud and audibly gasped in shock at times. Another seriously exciting instalment in the epic series.

Joe is awesome

I would love for Joe to redo the first lot because I struggle to listen to them now! Amazing story. I’m don’t want to wait for the next ones!

Return to form.

Loved the change away from the normal fight zombies, get trapped and nearly die but somehow always survive. The focus and development of Madox, Regie and Henry was brilliant and set up the future as something to look forward to. Sadly far too short. Should of been bolted on to the last one to improve value for money. It is hard to justify the cost at this length, especially given the previous 20 or so titles.

Did not see that coming.

Not sure taking everybody from the cliff to effect Reginalds rescue but they had lost comms so maybe, the thing though, at the end threw me, didn't see that coming twice if you get me Bro.
