Excellent Guide with Variety of Topics

This is an excellent audiobook as it doesn't just address ADHD, but it gets into the different aspects of life and applies actual strategies to be successful. Developing good habits is kept, and the author does a great job of being understanding while also encouraging. I particularly like the chapter on finances as I often see people get their money out of control, and it was interesting to see how it could related to ADHD. I highly recommend it to help improve your life!

Very useful guide

My wife was thinking of going for an ADHD assessment but wanted to listen to some audio books around the subject. She found this book exceptionally insightful and related to much of the experiences shared. She felt heard. This gave her the confidence to go for her assessment and start working through the numerous ways on the book to navigate life better knowing she has ADHD. Highly recommend for others on this path.

A compassionate perspective of what life can be like for women with ADHD.

This really helped me understand so many of my own struggles in a more kind and compassionate way. There were lots of useful coping strategies that I already use, but will reinforce me with the tools to continue using them and ones that I will revisit later. I understand myself so much better and the reasons why I am like I am. This is the first time I have found a book that explains my exact experiences with ADHD and social anxiety. I didn't know that social anxiety can co-occur with ADHD and exacerbate the symptoms, which is definitely the case for me, as I related to the majority of what was described in this book. Thank you so much for helping me along on my diagnosis journey and for the emphasis on the positive qualities that being a woman with ADHD can provide.
