    Still good and simple!

I got This book when it came out in 2011 and enjoyed it then.

I just picked it up for the first time in years and it's simple formula and has stood the test of time.

There are so many tiny things I got from his book back in 2011, that are still part of my life years later.

Like “just get out the door with your trainers on and then think about going for a run!“

The first thing to cut out is this book.

I have very much enjoyed Leo's blog about minimalism, and I too live a minimalistic life. I like the message. I think people should hear it. But not through this book. This book is too thin on the research behind minimalism, leaving the reader questioning the authenticity of the author. These are just one person's private views rather than researched material. Sorry. Try harder next time.
