Lots of info and recipes!
I originally got this as an audiobook, but after listening, I KNOW I need the ebook too. There is too much info packed into this book (lists of foods that boost testosterone, recipes, vitamins and supplements, etc) to just listen to it.
The book takes you through reasons for low testosterone, natural foods to help boost it, foods to stay away from, recipes to help boost it, vitamins and supplements to help boost it, and even exercises.
A great listen!
Disclaimer: I have been looking into foods that hurt your testosterone levels and it seems that many foods show up on both the good and bad list depending on which website or book you read. Almonds is one of those foods. Many websites/books say almonds are bad, but some say it ia good. This ebook/audiobook says almond milk is great to boost testosterone. So, in the end, gather your data and either speak to your doctor or make that decision on your own.
