I Feel Empowered
You know it's a labour of love when you realize the cover art is linked to the stories within. This is truly a wonderful manual for finding happiness. I feel excited every day I wake up now! My new favorite Book!!
This book is filled with inspirational stories and practical tips that are helping me overcome obstacles to happiness. Mental illness runs in my family, so I’m always looking for ways to maintain my mental well-being, and this book is perfect for that. One specific practice I've implemented is the daily gratitude journal, which has taught me that happiness truly comes from within. For years, I tried finding happiness in other people who couldn't make themselves happy (so imagine how that turned out lol) Reflecting on what I'm grateful for each day has made a huge difference in my outlook and overall happiness.
