One of the best books about food and cooking!
Nik Sharma's "The Flavor Equation" is one of the best and most fascinating books about food and cooking I have read. All the knowledge, experience and ideas the author shares are game-changers for both new and seasoned cooks alike. I have learnt so much and I'll keep coming back to this beautiful book for endless inspiration and ideas.
