About this listen
Welcome to the conclusion of the tantalizing romance of Erik and Livia.
The Songbird
Captive. Challenger. Queen.
Enemies took her from the man who held her heart. They might see her as weak, as a pawn in wicked games, but they're no match for the first Ever Queen.
Let them think they've won. Her heart belongs to a beautiful monster, and she will never stop fighting until she's back in his arms.
The Serpent
Captor. Villain. King.
His enemies stole the woman who claimed his soul. They betrayed him out of greed and desire for the crown, but they won't die for that betrayal. No. They'll die for touching her.
His heart belongs to a stunning little bird. He will never stop searching for her light across the skies. Not until the blood of his enemies spills at her feet, and his queen wears their bones around her neck.
Welcome back to the world of the Ever Kingdom where pirates collide with Vikings in passionate romance, brutal battles, and an unforgettable dark fantasy world. This book concludes the love story between Erik and Livia, but new, standalone romances with other favorite characters will continue to build the world.

A Wonderful 4.25 Star Conclusion to this Duet!🌊⛵️
The Ever Queen: The Ever Seas, Book 2

This has such a good audiobook. The male narrator gets a 5 stars and the female 4.25 stars, as her English accent is a bit lacking, sorry. They both do great jobs at all of the other characters.👏 I do wish it was it was done with pov narration, where they each spoke their own parts, though. Maybe in the future?🙏🏼
Our poor Songbird is held captive by the Ever Kings half brother. He wants their heart bond and uses an elven princess, under duress, to try to accomplish his and Fione's goals!
The serpent, going out of his mind, faces the earth fae to ask for help in finding her. They aren't moving fast enough for his sanity.😔 Surprising allies come to his aid.🙏🏼
This is such an immaculately filled out world build, so rich and abundant. There are a lot of characters, so it can get a little confusing at times, especially during action scenes. However, I was gripped and completely invested from start to finish.
I'm excited for book 3's audiobook to release so I can finally read that book, too.😍 I highly recommend this series.⭐️ (even if you haven't read her parents series, which I haven't.)

A good conclusion to the ever king
I enjoyed this more than the first book possibly as the characters were more known to me in this book. Overall I wasn’t gripped but it was an enjoyable read with some good content. For some reason I just didn’t love the 2 MC’s. I did like the ending & how it wasn’t rushed & left it on a HEA!

A beautiful ending
A beautiful ending for what started as a tragic tale. Great action, twists and character growth.

A feel good romance, with angst
I loved the fact that, although there were broken bonds, the love remained! I’m totally over ‘enemies to lovers, to enemies, back to lovers’, a common theme in many romantasy’s I’ve read! My heart can’t stand the roller coaster and puts me off continuing the series. Loved the characters; redemption for a broken MMC, and refreshing to have an FMC who struggles with anxiety! A realistic hue to a fantastical tale. These books left me feeling good as opposed to so many others leaving me frustrated and a little hopeless! An easy read (audio). I have loved Lucy Rivers narration on other books, but her accent in this was very distracting from the story initially. In fact, seeing that she is narrating The Mist Thief, has put me off a little!

The actors were phenomenal, a beautifully well told story.
A beautiful tale, well told and with a great plot. The narrators were excellent and I enjoyed listening to their separate chapters.

This narration ruined the story for me
I read the first book and loved it. And bought the audio book for the second one, and I did not enjoy the narrators. The male sounds far to old for a twenty year old boy, and the female is just not how I have imagined the main character at all. In my opinion they both sound to old, and does not read the characters like I imaged them.
The story is still good, but when I switched half way trough and read the book myself again, I enjoyed it much more!
