An excellent resource!!
This book is a great tool for parents of kids who suffer from social anxiety and kids who want to make some positive changes. It covers a lot with exercises to help with shyness and self-esteem, as well as techniques for self-calming and fighting fear. The writing is teen-friendly, easy to read, and should definitely be a book you read with your kids. I will recommend this book to my friends with teens !!!

Worked great with my 14 year old
She suffers from anxiety, not overly bad but still enough that it bugs us. This was a great book to listen to with her. The PDF was super helpful and really well done. Great work all around

Great Book For Any Teen
This book is about Joshua, who had social anxiety as a teen. He wrote it for teens who want to connect to other teens better, whether in school, on social media, at a gathering, in a business situation, or elsewhere. With Affirmations, self-practice, etc., you can learn better social skills. It is a great book for any teen who wants to improve their speaking skills while pursuing their education and getting ahead in life while helping others in their life.

Help your teen flourish
It's hard to know what to do to help your teen improve her confidence. But the advice in this book was helpful. The exercises are engaging, and the strategies are easy to understand and implement. There's no overnight solution to something like this, but consistent practice will definitely add up. Great for Boosting Confidence!
I got this workbook for my teen, who’s been struggling with social anxiety, and surprisingly, I can already see that it's made a difference. The exercises are easy to follow, and she actually engages and doesn't mind working through them. As a parent this is a huge plus for me. It breaks things down into manageable steps, making social situations less intimidating for her. We’ve worked through a few sections together, and I love how it encourages her to reflect on her feelings and find practical ways to handle her anxiety.
