great for elders to build strength& improve health

I love that they explored the history of Tai Chi & Qigong I had never even heard of Qigong before... I gifted this to my mother after I listened to it. I think she's going to find so much useful in this. She is always looking at ways to improve her cognitive health and increase strength. This book is easy to listen to and I think a must read/listen for anyone older wanting to improve their life!

Great for Staying Sharp As You Age

This book has been really helpful. I’m always looking for ways to keep my strength and balance (as well as my chin) up as a mature woman, and this book has helped me do that. The exercises are gentle, but they feel like they are doing a lot of good. I’ve noticed less joint pain and better balance since I started doing the routines. I also appreciate that the book has extra pages at the back with additional information about how to continue with exercise, and with more history and background about Tai Chi and Qigong. Highly recommended!
