Too much name dropping.

Hard to focus on the general point of the book because of both the lack of citations - is this just personal opinion? Also constant name dropping of professionals that the author worked with was irrelevant, repetitive and boring.

Some great tips but a PAINFUL listening experience

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I would definitely recommend the content but do yourself a big favour and buy the physical book rather than the audio version

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

Each chapter was well summarised with clear bullet points

How did the narrator detract from the book?

The narrator can add a huge amount to the enjoyment of the book and equally can significantly detract from it. I think it was a major error for the author to do his own narration. It is a painfully difficult listen and I could only really tackle it in 30-45minute chunks. Such a shame .....

Any additional comments?

Buy the book, buy the book, buy the book it'll be much easier to digest the content than being distracted by the narration

snooze

I really struggled with this book.
It seemed like talking was too much of an effort for the reader. I felt he was boring himself.
Interesting content, but I couldn't finish it because of the reader apathy.

Sleep on it..

Some solid advice, some very debatable. Good place to continue after Wiseman's Night School.

an interesting read.<br />

I enjoyed this book and found it helpful. The narration wasn't the best (some odd pacing and phrasing at times) but it wasn't so bad as to ruin the book. well worth a read.

Sleep - A game changer

I heard Nick Littlehales on the High performance podcast and it hooked me straight away, I immediately started listening to the book. Although I sleep really well, I was interested in this to help my family sleep better. But I personally, have taken so much from this already. I work shifts so it has helped me plan my days and recovery much better. The book style, stories and information is done in a really empowering way and read by Nick is an added bonus. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
