Summary
For decades, America has been considered to be the natural home of serial killers.
Infamous names like Ted Bundy or Jeffrey Dahmer are internationally known and feared, and rightly so. But what if, just south of the border, there was a far more active network of serial killers? What if the perfect storm of crime, fuelled by this nation's deadly narco wars, has turned Mexico into an ideal hunting ground for many of the most bizarre and blood thirsty serial killers the world has ever seen? Serial Killers of Mexico delves into this criminal underbelly to tell the stories of the psychopathic loners, professional narco assassins and the overwhelmed law enforcement trying desperately to hunt them down.

Odd Ethnic Bias
The author expresses the usual US anti-intellectual views regarding Socialism (he ignores completely the Mexican Revolution) and even includes individuals not from Mexico. This is important as he avoids completely the ongoing US contribution to the sabotage of the Mexican political system and economic system - and the casual and routine racism the US government aims at Mexican people. US criminality is responsible for much of the crime the author uses to entertain his audience. Contrary to his bizarre ahistorical comment that "Cuba has oppressed its people" - the author should look back at the US and CIA control of Cuba if he really wants to see a systematic persecution of a non-White people. Indeed, his fixation with Hispanic and Latino people is concerning as it lacks any legitimate context. It serves the purposes of the US that half the country of Mexico exists under the tyranny of the drug cartels - as the US ideologies believe that where terror fills the social space - frightened people fill not band together and develop a Socialist response. Indeed, this is the ideology that underlied the US construct of the Mujahadeen - which morphed into Al Qaeda. Finally, it is the US that possesses the highest crime rate in the world - and not Mexico.
