Summary

The Grishaverse will be coming to Netflix soon with Shadow and Bone, an original series!

The wolves are circling, and a young king will face his greatest challenge in the explosive finale of the instant number-one New York Times best-selling King of Scars Duology.

The Demon King. As Fjerda’s massive army prepares to invade, Nikolai Lantsov will summon every bit of his ingenuity and charm - and even the monster within - to win this fight. But a dark threat looms that cannot be defeated by a young king’s gift for the impossible.

The Stormwitch. Zoya Nazyalensky has lost too much to war. She saw her mentor die and her worst enemy resurrected, and she refuses to bury another friend. Now duty demands she embrace her powers to become the weapon her country needs. No matter the cost.

The Queen of Mourning. Deep undercover, Nina Zenik risks discovery and death as she wages war on Fjerda from inside its capital. But her desire for revenge may cost her country its chance at freedom and Nina the chance to heal her grieving heart.

King. General. Spy. Together they must find a way to forge a future in the darkness. Or watch a nation fall.

It was ok

All very predictable but enjoyable. Although sometimes I wonder what Genya ever did to Leigh 😅

Leigh Bardugo, author extraordinaire

This lady the most incredible imagination.
To pen books with characters and storylines the way she does is pure genius.
I cannot put her books down once started then long for the next episode.
I've listened to the audio books and the ability of Lauren Fortgang to give the characters their voice as well as superb narration has to be given credit as well.
Thank you to both ladies and please write some more soon, Leigh.

Amazing!!!!

This book was absolutely fantastic! I loved everything about it. I loved how the characters from her other books were woven into the story. As I have missed Kaz and everyone from Six of crows.

As always, left wanting more.

I really didnt want it to end. I could listen to Lauren reading the phone book, so even better with a story i enjoy. fingers crossed for some more Grisha stories.
Only one down side was a certain death of one of my favourite characters!!!
leigh, How could you!?!?!? ;)
I also love how the LGBTQ+ storylines just melt into the main story and its not a big thing, its just there.
Now im waiting for the next books, and hoping Jesper & Wylan are a huge part of it.
