A really lovely book full of help and comfort.
This is an exceptional book. It is gentle and comforting in its teachings and, what’s more, on a really bad day for me I read a chapter giving advice which turned the day around completely and gave me hope. I recommend this book very highly indeed. The author reads it herself and has a very engaging personality.

Beautiful And Inspiring Book
I highly recommend this beautiful and inspiring book to anyone that is interested in learning more about mindfulness and how to apply it to your daily life.
I love how vulnerable and real the author was and all of the examples she used to illustrates her point.
Will definitely listen to it again!

This book was absolutely instrumental to me figuring out how to live my life in a healthy, happy, sustainable way. Really clear/simple instructions backed by very illustrative peer-reviewed evidence. Could not recommend more highly.
