Summary
Revived is a standalone, contemporary romance novel from the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today best-selling author of Revved.
India Harris didn't have the best start in life. Abandoned as a baby, she and her twin brother, Kit, spent their lives in foster care, only having each other to rely on. Then, at a young age, a relationship with the wrong man left India pregnant. Wanting to give her son the life she never had, she put herself through school and graduated with honors. Now, at the age of 30, she's a highly respected therapist.
At the top of his game as a Formula One driver, Leandro Silva had everything - until an accident on the track left him staring death in the face. After enduring 12 months of physical therapy, Leandro is now physically able to race, but his mind is keeping him from the track. Frustrated and angry, Leandro's days and nights are filled with limitless alcohol and faceless women. Entering the last year of his contract, he knows he has to race again, or he'll lose everything he spent his life working for. Forced into therapy to get his life back, Leandro finds himself in the office of Dr. India Harris.
Falling for his uptight therapist is not part of Leandro's plan. Having unethical feelings for her patient, the angry Brazilian race car driver, is not part of India's plan. But what if the wrong person is the only person who is right?
Revived follows a character that was previously introduced in the novel Revved, but you do not need to listen to Revved beforehand, as Revived is its own story and is a complete standalone novel.

Forbidden romance, LOVED IT!!
Another hot and sexy race car driver. Story who falls for his therapist after an accident.
Loved it and narration was brilliant.
Leandro Silva is all kinds of sexy
I loved this forbidden romance between leandro and his therapist.
REVIVED is one of those stories where you know where it's going to go but the angst and trepidation leading up-to that hea is heartwarming and satisfying and gives you those gooey feelings.
About the plot;
Following leandro's accident he is struggling with getting back into a car, any car not just his racing car. leandro is friends with Carrick and Andi from the previous book so this book is interlinked but can be read as a standalone. Andi advises Leandro to see her own therapist India Harris who has also Andi get over her own fears and have even become friends.
When Leandro and India meet there is instant attraction between them and the more time they spend with each other during their therapy sessions the chemistry intensifies but India Harris hasn't exactly had an easy life her background is sad and she has worked hard to get where she is today and doesn't want to risk her practicing license by getting involved with a patient and so she shuts down any thoughts of more with Leandro and after a kiss they share refuses to be his therapist anymore.
Months later and the two meet again, the chemistry is still there, the lust and longing still tangible between them making these two inevitable.
I loved this slow-burn romance and the hotness when they were finally together was off the charts! I still have my favorites by this author but if your looking for a hot read with a sexy race car driver this is definitely a one click!
I listened to this in audio and the narration was refreshing, hearing an English Manchester accent and the sexy accent from Leandro was good too, making the characters come to life.
There are twists and turns, a great buildup to the hea and likable characters, REVIVED was an all-round read that hit all the right spots
