My Thoughts on Power Play
I wanted to like this one more but I struggled with it a little. The leading lady was smart and kind which I liked. She had a crush from high school on one of the men but it wasn't the only thing that prompted the changes she made in her life. I really liked that too. There were a lot of things I liked about her. But I thought her struggle with the relationship between her and the men wasn't very well developed. It was brought up and gotten over as an obstacle really quickly. Also overall the men themselves I wish I had more time to get to know them. But all in all it was a good listen. I just think I would have liked it longer for more development time. The narrator was great and there were no complaints there.

Hockey has never been so sexy!
WE HAVE NEW CHARACTERS!!!!!!!! My apologies, I didn't mean to shout, but I was excited. I thought Violet was sweet, endearing, and realistic, but at times a bit naive. I love that in this book, you get to see the four of them getting to know each other instead of just jumping into a relationship. It was quite enjoyable watching the friendship blossom into something more. The pacing was a bit off for me, but not too bad it takes you out of the story. I don't know how Lacy does it! Every time, she's just spot on with her narration. This story is a little longer than the first book in the series, but still a quick listen/read.

Reverse Harem
Power Play by Mia Moon is a reverse harem hockey romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Lacy Laurel.
This is the second book of Mia’s that I have listened to and it definitely won’t be my last. I knew this book was a novella but it still left me wanting more of their steamy romance.
Lacy did an amazing job on the narration. She really knows how to bring a story to life.
I would recommend this book to anyone who loves Reverse Harems.
