Summary
It started with a window that was jammed shut. Pretty simple, right? All I wanted was to open the windows while I tidied the house. I'd been after my no-good husband to do it for months, but he never did. And then he shacked up with his secretary, leaving me with a pile of bills, husband-free for the first time in 10 years, and with a house that was falling apart.
The ad popped up on the side of my social media feed - a local contracting agency willing to do pretty much anything. Since I don't really know a screwdriver from a ratchet, I gave them a call.
And let me tell you, the ad was not lying. Jesse O'Neill can do it all... and looks amazing doing it.
He fixed my window, so I called him back to fix the sagging, splintery front steps. Which led to him fixing my kitchen sink. And then he recarpeted my stairs. And then fixed the squeak in my bed.
He was supposed to fix my house, not my rusty, sputtering libido. And certainly not my broken heart.

It’s Good!
This book was so much fun very exciting lovely good stuff happy full on with an excellent narrator. If only all handymen were like this ? I totally recommend this book.

Hammered lived up to its name!!
Read the book and enjoyed it so much thought I would try the audio, was not disappointed my one criticism is i wish a man voice was doing Jesse and the guys it would of added another element, but a fantastic story anyway.

Sexy beyond belief
SUCH a feel good sexy love story. Writing flows nicely and the characters, especially the MMC, are awesome! The hot stuff is HOT and the stuff in between adorable. And can I just say, the male lead… I’d take one of those. 😅🤤😉

Real life characters!
Loved the fact that these were just two ordinary characters, normal jobs, normal life issues, realistic body types - could relate so much to the female lead! Best audio book I have listened to in ages ❤️ 40 is the new 30!!!!!
