Summary
I was a monster when I had nothing. Forced to be an assassin for a criminal organization, it only took a simple order to have me end a life.
Now, I have everything to lose. The woman I fought hard not to love, has become my entire world.
I might have taken Raven to save her from her father, but I’m keeping her for myself. Till death do we part. Vows we shared in secret may come to be more prophesy than promise, because I’ll destroy anything that tries to keep me from her.
It seems I’ll even make a deal with the devil himself to keep her. Damien has his own reasons to help me get back to Raven. For her, I’d give everything, even if helping him hurts my own flesh and blood.
I'll have to decide, am I a monster or her dark prince? What I do know is she's my salvation, and I'm her perfect sin.
This is a dark romance. Please check my website for the TW: kimberlycarrilloauthor.com

Dark Romantic Suspense
★★Audiobook Review★★
Perfect Sin by Kimberly Carrillo is a dark romantic suspense that I listened to on audio narrated by Nathaniel Gray and Phillipa Miller. This is the second book in the Pretty Monsters Trilogy.
I am really enjoying the relationship between Sin and Raven. It's extremely messy but I can't help root for them. I loved getting both of their points of views throughout the book.
The book ended on another great cliffhanger. I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Peaceful Chaos to see how their story will end.
Nathaniel and Phillipa did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you're looking for a romantic suspense.

Perfect Sin
Perfectly sinful, morally gray characters. I was hooked. The narrators did a great job and gave dimension to the characters and the story. I could not put the story down and am waiting for more.

The plot thickens
This book is very dark as far as its characters intentions. The main characters are great and strong. I’d love to have this much passion. A great performance.

Suspense & Manipulations
Perfect Sin, book two in the Pretty Monsters Trilogy, is a roller coaster with ups, downs, and twists at every turn. Sin, Lucien, and Raven have enrolled in college, and new enemies are introduced. The relationship between Sin and Raven has blossomed to scorching levels. Sin still struggles with his past and has doubts about his worth. Raven, on the other hand, is becoming stronger with each passing chapter.
The line between foe and friend is blurred. The parents each have their own ulterior motives for gaining and winning the election. As Raven and Sin are forced apart and separated, they must play a better and much smarter game or lose everything, including each other. The storyline is engaging and packed with unexpected twists and turns. The plot is very unpredictable with all the various directions it is taking. I found it a bit too much.
Nathaniel Gray and Phillipa Miller continue to do a phenomenal job with the narration and bringing the story to life. Overall, Perfect Sin was a highly entertaining listen.

The drama is real!
Everything is against them, There are so many things going wrong, but the one thing that will always be right is Sin and Raven belong together.
I love them two and I really love Lucian and Ford. These characters are amazing and I love the drama and action of these books.
It seems there are more enemies than allies at this point and I'm wondering how they will ever find their HEA.
This cliffhanger was BRUTAL! I can't believe that happened. Tell me it isn't so!
Nathaniel Gray and Phillipa Miller are absolutely amazing!

New things come to the light of day in Book 2
Superb narration again in book 2. Sin and Raven are beginning to find peace, but they can’t and won’t stop fighting for their freedom. Their allies are still with them, but it’s more dangerous than ever. The story is told in a pulse-pounding pace. I once again found myself spell-bound into the wee hours. There are surprises and gasps as more secrets are revealed.
