Nice book,
Inspiring book to adopt meditation in our everyday life. Great content, short and at the same time explicit chapters and meaningful closings.

Very enjoyable and comprehensive experience
This was my introduction to mindfulness and what and enjoyable and comprehensive experience it was. I'm so glad I listened to this in its entirety. I'm sure I will listen to it again and have already incorporated meditation into my daily routine.

Very good lectures on mindfulness!
Ridiculous. This isn't about mindfulness, it's very specifically about Buddhism. Insulting to call this non-secular.

Some good information and insights. This book is a bit much for me, at least for now.

listen book
I was expecting a secular and scientific elucidation. This course was very conventional and unconstructive.

Outstanding Book
A lot of talking with very little content. The author barely scratches the surface of mindfulness.

Best Course on Meditation
It was going great until he got stuck in leftism and pantheism. I'll take my meditation lectures without idiocy about providing 'healthcare' to the entire world, or believing in multiple contradictory religions simultaneously.
