Summary
Morganville is such a nice place to live - and die. When Claire Danvers learnt that her college town was run by vampires, she did what any intelligent student would do: she applied for a transfer and stocked up on garlic. The transfer is no longer an option, but the garlic may come in handy. Now Claire has pledged herself to Amelie, the most powerful vampire in town. Now all of a sudden, people are turning up dead, a stalker resurfaces from Claire's past, and an ancient bloodsucker extends a chilling invitation for private lessons in his secluded home.…

As usual, wonderful and gripping!
Would you listen to Midnight Alley: The Morganville Vampires, Book 3 again? Why?
I would almost certainly take the opportunity to listen to this again, because due to the amazing amount of detail in it, I may be able to pick up things I missed the first time round.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Midnight Alley: The Morganville Vampires, Book 3?
I feel that the most memorable moment in the book was when Myrnin dressed up and himself and Claire went to Bishop's "welcoming ball".
What about Katherine Fenton’s performance did you like?
I liked the consistency of her wonderful performance. Never did she (unlike some others) forget how to annunciate the words the characters spoke. I am very glad that in this series, Katherine Fenton remained the narrator throughout.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
Can the glass house and their friends escape from Bishop?
Any additional comments?
Overall, wonderful and highly gripping read. Couldn't put it down and can't wait to read the rest. Would definitely recommend and read again; it has a lot of repeatability!

Another amazing part of the tale
If you’ve seen my reviews on Morganville you will see there’s a theme, love the story, love the excitement it brings, wish it was a series, don’t really like the narrater but that’s only when she exclaims things like nooooooo it just sounds very annoying and she can’t do voices!
As always Rachel leaves each book on a cliff hanger! As soon as my credit is back on I will be straight to book 4!

Vapid
This book should be listed in young adults. It might do well there.
The characters were vapid. The narrator would do well at reading children books.
The plot is an intriguing one. Unfortunately having the main character a dim witted, naive 16 years old girl and the narrator’s kindergarten teacher voice ruined it.
I pushed through it thinking something would change, or I would warm up to it. That did not happen unfortunately,

Not like the first book
The first book in the series was really gripping so I thought this will also be. Unfortunate not at all.

Midnight
Definately a young adult book. Don't waste your time if you are older than 15.

Narrator
The narrator was terrible & because of this I didn’t enjoy the book as much as I should have done probably.
