About this listen
A Swoony Small-Town, Billionaire-Next-Door, Age Gap Romance
I thought hot nerdy billionaires only existed in books.
Then brilliant astrophysicist Colin Hathaway moved in next door.
After losing his cool on camera, tech’s most eligible bachelor is hiding out in Buttercup Hill, getting a two-week taste of small town life while driving me crazy with that gorgeous smile and those deep blue eyes.
But I need to keep my distance. Not only is he ten years older and my brother’s college best friend, but I’m busy fending off the vultures trying to take over our family winery–and my siblings are just waiting for their little sister’s next bad decision.
Unfortunately, Colin is everywhere I turn. Offering to build me bookshelves, eating grilled cheese sandwiches in my kitchen, flying me off in a luxury helicopter to look at Mars through some fancy telescope.
Who knew the solar system was so sexy?
He’s impossible to resist.
The heat between us is white hot, and no one has ever looked at me the way he does–like I’m smart. Beautiful. Worthy. Strong. When he defends me in front of my family, I realize I’m in deep.
But one slip in front of the media could derail both of our careers. And my heart bears the scars of mistakes I’ve made in the past.
Trusting him could ruin everything I’m working for.
But what if I love him anyway?
Welcome to Buttercup Hill, where the men are hotter than the Napa Valley sun, and the wine flows all day long. LOVE YOU ANYWAY is Book 2 in the series of standalone novels, each with a happily ever after.

Sweet Small Town Romance
This is the second book in the Buttercup Hill Series, a small town romance. PJ and Colin's story is cute, fun, sweet, and entertaining. Colin, a billionaire, is older, enigmatic and handsome. PJ is smart and sassy. They are opposites attract and they are perfect together. The story is told from both POVs. The supporting characters are great. I liked this age-gap and brother's best friend romance. Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue did a great job bringing these characters and this story to life. Looking forward to listening to Love You Truly, the next book in the series.

Love you anyway
PJ and Colin
Their first encounter was hilarious.
First PJ can't stand Colin, then they become friends while Colin is hiding in Buttercup Hills and finally they fall in love.
I like how down to earth Colin is, although he is a multi-billionaire.
And PJ thinks she isn't worth a lot and just the annoying youngest sibling.
But they complete each other and get their HEA.

Swoony
PJ & Collin are such a great match! I love how easy they are with each other, they had an instant connection, but not insta love.
They had awkward moments, fun moments, adventures, chemistry, & passion.
I really enjoyed how Collin truly saw PJ, he saw the intelligent, strong, beautiful woman that she was, not the person she saw herself as, or the person she felt her siblings saw, he saw her.
The chemistry and banter was wonderful.
Collin is such a Swoony guy, I adore how much his analytical mind just knows she’s perfect for him, even if he’s afraid of messing it up. He is quirky and incredibly intelligent, sweet and awkward.
This was sweet and fun, and of course full of family and sibling love.
The narration was great.

PJ & Colin!
Stacy Travis, you are winning my heart with every book in this series! Meet Penelope June, the youngest Corbett, the one who feels she is unseen and always seeking approval. When her brother Archer's best friend, Colin comes to stay at the vineyard for a couple of weeks, she finds herself helping him with his cabin the first night when a family of squirrels decided to take up residence there. Now staying at her place overnight, the two find an attraction between them they know they can't act on. But they can play chess together! Forbidden romance, close proximity, age gap, what is not to love in this? This billionaire nerdy man is sweet, awkward and trips over himself as he tries to find a balance in his life. PJ is strong willed, smart, fantastic at her job and loves with her whole heart. And we get to hang with the Corbett family as they try to figure out what is going on with the vineyard. It's romantic, and fun, and a bit of a mystery! Love this addition to the series.
Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donahgue are fantastic together as they bring this treat to life. Each finds the essence of their character and creates a chemistry that is undeniably felt in their narration. It's realistic feel, and attention to the emotions make this a fantastic listen!

Fabulous Story & Listen🎧Charming & Heartwarming!
Love You Anyway
Buttercup Hill, Book 2
By: Stacy Travis
Narrated by: Hannah Chiclana, Aaron Donaghue
It is great to be back in Stacy Travis’ “Buttercup Hill” series for another fabulous romance novel, a brother’s best nerdy billionaire and his friend’s younger sister romance. Buttercup Hill Vineyards, a vineyard in Napa, owned and operated by the Corbetts, and each book in the series features a different sibling, and this second book is the youngest daughter, Penelope June, aka PJ or Junebug. She is the public relations coordinator for the family business, the fixer of all and also a spitfire, not afraid to speak her mind. Colin Hathaway, an astrophysicist and self-made billionaire, is Archers good friend and former college roommate, and when Colin needs to get away from it all and stay low key, so Archer offers him one of their cabins. PJ and Colin have a somewhat awkward first meet, but he found her intriguing, and it was clear from the start that there was an undeniable chemistry between them, but he knew he needed to steer clear, not only because of who she was but because of the baggage he brings. Colin is career focused and does not have time for a relationship and PJ is not looking for one, but the two can not stay away from each other and they could only deny themselves for so long. It was great to watch these two get to know each other and see their relationship morph into something more, despite neither one wanting it, all is good until he needs to get back to his life, and as a nerdy workaholic he is not relationship material, but if you want something bad enough, you make it happen even if you have to compromise, if he does not blow it with her first. I adored these two and was rooting for them the entire time. This wonderfully plotted, multilayered story has the perfect balance of drama, angst, charming humor and witty dialogue, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. The Corbetts are still trying to figure out what their father did with the money and they are finally on to something after discovering something very interesting. I am looking forward to seeing where that goes and for the next book in the series, Dash’s story. Stacy Travis, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue’s wonderful performance continues and they do an amazing job bringing the characters to life, humanizing them with their personality and giving each a voice that suits them perfectly. Chiclana was a natural in her role as PJ, handled her witty dialogue with ease and never missed a beat, and Donaghue was just as fabulous in his role as Colin. Both were fantastic performing the roles of the secondary characters too. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and have you feeling each one. These two voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to.

Stacy Travis is still fairly new to me and I can’t get enough of her books with each of them I read, the more I fall in love with her writing, her characters and her ability to write a story that is so easy to fall in to and lose myself in and so easy to forget is fiction. If more of her books are similar to the last couple I have read, I can see her as being one of my new favourite authors/auto one-click
Love You Anyway is the second book in the Buttercup Hill series and this book follows PJ and her brother’s best friend Colin… And boy, oh, boy was I swooning over this man!
Anyone that knows me knows that I am obsessed with the small town romance trope and when written well there is just a sense of comfort, love, a feel of home, closeness and family that you can’t really get from any other tropes and this was written to perfection in my opinion and I am completely head over heels in love with PJ and Colin’s relationships. Not only was this a small-town romance, but the author mixed it in with an age gap (He’s 10 years older) and
This was a small-town romance, yes but the author also threw in a little forbidden love. Colin is PJ’s brother’s best friend which may make for a little bit of messiness.
When PJ and Colin first meet, it is evident that there was chemistry between the two of them and they had no idea who each other were when they first met each other.
After finding out PJ is his best friend’s little sister and the fact that PJ’s big brother gives off overprotective big brother vibes he should be stepping back but they can’t seem to stop thinking about each other and the more they try to stay away from each other but it is becoming impossible, even though PJ’s is “off limits”
I loved these two so much! PJ was so kindhearted, funny and full of sass and Colin was so sweet, and swoony and can make any girl weak at the knees!
This was such a heartfelt and beautiful story! These two weren’t looking for love at the time but the fact that they found it in each other makes that much more special. They had their fair share of hurdles to get through which only made them stronger.
I’m so glad I’ve discovered this author. I can’t wait to see what else is up her sleeve!

Love this interconnected series
Audiobook review: narrated by Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue
4 stars for story / 4.5 stars for performance
This is such a sweet, lighthearted romance. The family bonds between PJ and her siblings is strong and when her oldest brother's best friend joins the vineyard to get out of the spotlight for a bit, they have an instant connection that can't be fought. The character progression for both PJ and Colin was great to read/listen to and brought a satisfying feeling to the story. I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series.
The narrators did an amazing job with the audiobook. Hannah Chiclana has such a sweet sounding lilt to her voice that was a pleasure to listen to. Aaron Donaghue is new to me and I will be keeping him on my radar. Great story, quick listen.

Crazy Cajun Book Addicts
After enjoying the first couple of books in the Buttercup Hill series, I couldn't wait to read Dash and Mallory's story, and once again, it didn't disappoint. It was a super cute and fun read about a marriage of convenience.
Mallory is about to inherit her family's winery, but what she isn't aware of is her parents stipulation that includes her ex becoming her business partner. Mallory isn't going to let this slide so decides she needs a husband and quick. Enter Dash, he's the local heartbreaker and has also ghosted Mallory in the past, her offer will benefit them both as Dash and his family need grapes for their business, but how long before feelings become involved and there is more to their marriage of convenience than meets the eye.
I did listen to the audio version of the book, and the narrators really brought the characters to life. You had a real feeling of actually being in the story, so I can highly recommend.
