Enjoyable, Educational and Enlightening
I don't understand the mediocre reviews on this book, I hesitated in my purchase because of them and I feel they are unfair. I enjoyed this book and listened to it over a couple of days. I will go back and listen again just to digest each chapter in isolation, and perhaps take notes.
I have not tried to access the PDF, though I note one review claimed it was not available. The content of these are discripted well in the book so you would still be able to complete the tasks.
I am really interested in this topic, and the book has ignited that.
as a British reader I found it quite American, but that is to. ge expected.

Starts well, tapers off.
The start is interesting, particularly the focus on different age groups. But pretty soon we get on to well trodden territory.

Does not come with PDF
Had to return - he keeps talking about a questionnaire to see if you're languishing (I guess most people are?) but it's not included with the audible version.
