Summary
“The answers to the questions you’re asking about your hurt and pain are inside you. The cry you feel from deep down in your heart comes from the wounded child within. Your inner child.”
I am a people-pleaser.
I often feel inadequate and “not good enough”.
I constantly criticize myself for being inadequate and unworthy.
I have a hard time trusting anyone, including myself.
My deepest fear is being abandoned.
Do any of these resonate with you?
In Healing Your Inner Child 7 Beginner Steps to Reparent and Free Yourself From Childhood Trauma, Heal Deep Wounds, and Live Life Authentically, we will discover what an inner child is, how to determine if your inner child is wounded, and go through different holistic methods to start your healing journey. Childhood trauma is often overlooked when adults try and heal themselves. I want to teach you the importance of being mindful of your inner child and constantly working on the relationship with them to achieve harmony within your life.
Did you know that trauma causes more than just an emotional response? It affects the brain on a cellular level, which continues to impact your life today. Healing begins with deciding that you want to heal. You are the only one who can heal yourself, and you must make the conscious decision to do exactly that. You deserve to live an authentic life, to follow your path, find peace where there was once pain, and walk your own self towards healing. Helping you understand the source of your pain and how to heal yourself matters deeply to me.
Healing isn’t linear, and there is no time frame. Don’t prolong your pain any longer. Start your inner child work today.
"A fresh insight to the inner child with different, uplifting healing habits that anyone can implement into their lives. Definitely a must read for anyone with childhood trauma searching for salvation. Stop denying yourself healing for lack of knowledge, now is the time." (VMN Creative Publishing)

Your Gateway to Total Healing!
This is not just a book. It is a gateway to understanding, healing and a whole library of incredible resources. “Healing Your Inner Child” will help YOU become the champion for the parts of yourself that are broken or wounded through an incredible process called “reparenting.” It also leverages remarkable, scientific strategies - such as EFT tapping - to help you rewire and restore balance to your brain. I was so impressed to learn that this is the same strategy that helps military veterans heal from PTSD. I really loved how each chapter explained the new healing habits in such a fresh and relatable way - with fantastic examples and exercises. And I applaud the author for supplying so many additional resources for people on this journey to heal from childhood trauma. Ramsey doesn’t just recommend meditation, setting boundaries, affirmations, breath-work and journaling - he has published additional books on all of these topics. This means, you literally have volumes of support as you dive into these strategies and learn to get the most out of them for your complete healing. Highly Recommend!

Very helpful
Having suffered from childhood trauma, My wife bought this book for me and set me up to listen to it without me being aware that she was trying to help me recover from a wound. I spent days after that particular incident listening over and over again.
I must confess it has really helped my mind. I am relating with people better and learning to love myself and I can actually notice the healing of my inner child.

You will find wisdom, help, and healing
This book pretty much covers everything dealing with the effects of childhood trauma and the necessary steps to heal. The author understands our issues and helps to identify and uncover years of pain, hurt, and dysfunction. I have already benefited from listening to these chapters, facing my own childhood trauma, and finally becoming a better me. Most of us have some hurts or wounds that we have held on to, usually subconsciously, and it takes opening up, and allowing ourselves to validate these wounds. My therapist, who I just started seeing, uses many of the techniques outlined in this book. I highly recommend! 5 stars!

Compassionate, powerful, healing
Well written, well researched, full of very valuable information, and very easy to listen to. Full of effective and powerful strategies to achieve growth and inner healing. Although, I have done lots of personal development courses, I found great value from this audio book. It has brought together lots of topics which I knew in isolation into a wonderful and effective whole. The book is a beautiful mix of insights, motivational and relatable examples, scientific research and effective strategies to truly heal. The book is set out in a clear and concise way, and I really liked the end of chapter summaries which helped you remember the key points. I cannot recommend it enough. A quality product which I will be listening to again and recommending to my family and friends.
