Summary
The Remingtons are a series of stand-alone romances that may also be enjoyed as part of the larger Love in Bloom series.
Ellie Parker is a master at building walls around her heart. In the 25 years she's been alive, Dex Remington has been the only person who has always believed in her and been there for her. But four years earlier, she came to Dex seeking comfort and then disappeared like a thief in the night, leaving him a broken man.
Dex Remington is one of the top PC game developers in the United States. He's handsome, smart, and numb. So damn numb that he's not sure he'll ever find a reason to feel again.
A chance encounter sparks intense desires in Ellie and Dex. Desires that make her want to run - and make him want to feel. A combination of lust and fear leads these young lovers down a dangerous path. Is it possible to cross a burned bridge, or are they destined to be apart forever?

Great book
What a fabulous but emotional start to this new series. Loved getting to know these new characters. Full of drama and intrigue and so much love. The narration was excellent too. Can’t wait to read and listen to the next book now.

When you're not looking for love
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Its quite an emotional journey for both the main characters and you get that with the narration.
What other book might you compare Game of Love to, and why?
I think all Melissa's books have a different take on love story, but if I had to pick one book it would be Amy and Tony from the Seaside stories.
What does B.J. Harrison bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
When you listen to an audio book there is at lot more emotion in the story. You get drawn into it and that is down to having a good narrator.
If you made a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
When you're childhood crush is your long lost love.

A sweet story to brighten your day :)
What did you like most about Game of Love?
Dax and Ellie story is one that starts as teenage love and develops over time. These are my favourite stories.
Which scene did you most enjoy?
Dex seeing Ellie for the first time after 4 years. He struggled to hear the conversation around him as the memories come back.
Any additional comments?
I loved this story.
Dex and Ellie have a sweet story that starts in childhood and despite a separation, Dex has not forgotten her or removed her from his heart. Ellie has had to build some rather solid walls around her heart and after a night of disaster, finds herself at Dex's door looking for help. A visit to her past enables Ellie to embrace the past and the walls start to crumble allowing her to see that Dex is the man for her.
