For all the ladies who want to stay fit and fabulous
This book contains a lot of great information on how to take care of our body and overall wellness. I never knew before that cortisol and high stress can lead to decreasing quads muscle mass! I learned a lot about nutrition and what to avoid from this book. I like the attached PDF as the bonus content. It was useful for me to meal prep and plan my workout.

Injected me with a deep burning motivation!!
Wow this was exactly what I needed! Whenever I feel sluggish or tired I plug in this book and immediately I am motivated to workout. It's so weird because for years I struggled with getting myself to the gym. I now have no problem staying consistent with my routine. Above all else the results I am seeing due to this book is literally changing my life. I am confident in my own skin, I can talk to people more easily and I have so much more energy! This book was so fun to listen to I bought a copy for all my family and friends. For what I paid this book is pretty much free because the information is priceless!

Great workout advice for women over 40
As our bodies get older and our hormones change, the way we work out needs to change as well. As tough as it is to admit, we simply can't be doing to same routines we had in our 20s. Especially if we never worked out in the first place. This book is focused on longevity consistency more than anything else. The added accountability elements make it something you want to stick with, rather than just another program which sits on the shelf collecting proverbial dust.

Exceeded expectations 👌
I loved this book! It covers various key points about weight , body image and expectations. It is easy to listen and it offers so much sensible
practical and actionable information and steps to follow. It takes the reader through a path to understanding the reasons why we expect so much of our body and why we end up being so unforgiving with ourselves and where the high expectations come from. I got many aha moments about nutrition and exercise. It helped me understand my past failures and it gave me tools to overcome them. One very valuable tip is about getting over the dreaded plateau! The accompanying pdf is also very well produced and will be a very valuable tool. Thank you 🙏😁💗highly recommendable this book!

My Mum Loved This
My Mum has always been complained about how she is unhappy with her body but didn't know what to do to lose weight, I decided to buy this audiobook and told her to listen to it. My Mum has cut out all the junk from her diet, she follows a regular exercise routine and she is looking happier than ever. That is all thanks to this audiobook, it is easy to follow and highly motivating. I recommend it to any parents who are unhappy with their body shape or just want to get fit!

The book is covers everything from limiting beliefs, hormones, diet and exercise plans and you also get an accountability chart to keep you in check. How to find long term motivation with the right mindset is key for long term success, which is discussed in detail in this book. Our minds are sub-consciously programmed over the years and the only way we can truly change is to start working on your mind-set. If you looking to be your best after 40, I recommend you give this a read.

Good advice for those who want to be fit & healthy
This audiobook motivates you to take action and to start working towards improving your fitness and your health. It provides a gym exercise plan and gives advice about home exercises too. It also looks at the emotional well-being, mental health and different types of exercises to support your health and weight loss goals. Advice is also given about the best food for losing weight..

Finally a book that spike to me!!
I have bought a few books in the last 12 months as I have been noticing my menopause symptoms more regularly.
This book is amazing. the author has done an excellent job of covering every aspect of health and well being I wanted and more.
I loved the chapter on menopause but also the one that talks about sugar, as that is my downfall!! Another point the author talks about is sitting for long periods of time in a chair...which again spoke to me as I do that, not out of choice but as a working mum, I sometimes can be sat in one position for hours.
I have already started the exercise regime and reduced my sugar intake..it was tough fir the first week, but I am starting to feel better and have more energy.
I have already started to make little changes, the way I think, feel and relate to food and even thinking about my spirituality!
I will continue to make these little changes into permanent habits, as I believe they are in the best interest of my body and mind.
Amazing book, I would highly recommend it if you are looking to learn and make changes for the better you.
