Great book

I have been intermittent fasting for a while now but didn’t know too much about the benefits. This book is full of useful information and will teach you all you need to know about intermittent fasting. Definitely learnt how to tweak it and found it really interesting learning about why it’s so beneficial.

Great book, wish I had it years ago!

I have always struggled with maintaining a healthy weight, and when intermittent fasting came along it definitely seemed like the thing for me! However, I've never been able to make it work, The guidance in this book is wonderful! It is well written, easy to understand, flows well, and is made for women :). I am going to put these concepts into practice immediately, excited to start. Highly recommend this book.

Really useful book

Different Fasting Methods to Know of

I've been into trying intermittent dieting, but in many other health books it just touches on the idea of such. Here, it goes through the ins and outs, dos and don'ts of fasting. Not to mention it brings up a variety of fasting diets. The detail going into the pros and cons, the risks of fasting may have on the body. I'm just so glad this book covers so much of the specifics!
