Summary
If every therapist and psychotherapist on the planet could repeat this to their clients, like a mantra, again and again, there would be fewer therapists and psychotherapists. Because it works. Very quickly.
Realising that what you're worrying about and stressing over doesn't really matter so much in the grand scheme of things is the door to freedom and healing. And the little profanity 'F**k It' is the key to that door. Ask anyone who's come close to death, or lost someone close to them, or discovered they have a serious disease and they'll say the same thing: that the little things don't matter, F**k It...
Enjoy life in every moment for what it is, not what you want it to be... worry less, live more... remember what's important and forget the rest.
John and Gaia have taught F**k It Retreats in Italy and around the world since 2005. They have taught thousands of people how to say F**k It: how to ease up, let go and feel the natural flow in their lives. On this audio book, they both present the down-to-earth process they teach during their week-long retreats. With their six-part process, you are guided through how to deeply relax and let go, then how to carry this out into your life.

interesting concept
overall, it's a good listen. there are parts which seem to babble on for too long and go off topic.
good to have on in the background on long car journeys

F**k It Therapy review (of techniques)
A very simple book in understanding how to balance your life through mental awareness concepts, relaxation techniques and worrying less about the 'small stuff'. I say simple in ideas in a good way, because society creates an environment full of competitive edge now, where people only think about themselves. This book tries to teach how to be more calm, patient and relaxed about life.

Overall I’d recommend
If you can put up with the constant selling of retreats and online training, the sometimes ridiculously stupid metaphors the book is informative, educational, irritating and profoundly insightful at time. On number of times I fought an urge to stop listening and give it a scolding review before I finish it, but equally often it made me laugh and gave interesting never-thought-of-before perspective

No clever title! F**ck it!
Funny enlightenment, designed to ensure that I can survive the daily tasks of folding clothes and washing dishes without wanting to hide in a cupboard and not come back out! worked for me!

F**k It - I liked this
What made the experience of listening to F--k It Therapy the most enjoyable?
I enjoyed the relaxed tone of the presentation. Yes, I know some people will criticise this book as offering little that's new, but it's nicely done, straightforward, tries to be realistic, and yet challenging.
What does John C Parkin bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?
He sounds relaxed, and I get a good sense of his character through his voice.
Any additional comments?
The original F**k It book was recommended to me some years ago, and it's only now that I've sat down to listen to its most recent incarnation. There's a lot of good stuff here: it may sound over-simplistic but the core concepts are sound. If you're into this kind of thing. Which I am.

Cracking book. Brings things into perspective.
I’ve listened to this several times and passed it on to dozens of people. Great book, helps bring everything into perspective and helps to realign your thoughts and bring them into perspective. Highly recommended.
