Useful short listen

In this short book (it's less than 40 minutes), you'll quickly learn the motivations behind your people-pleasing behavior and how to stop it. There are some exercises which prove useful as well. If you're looking for a quick "gut punch" to snap yourself into gear and stop self sabotaging, then this is it.

Great book, full of positive ideas

This really was a great book, full of positive ideas. It's a pity about the title. Call me old fashioned, but I do not like strong language in the title of a book. This may well put people off, who would otherwise enjoy the book.

This is a nicely narrated self belief manifesto. To live the life your way.
It is quite short but it could be also advantage: you may listen to it many times when you need your assertive powers and confidence to be powered up.
