Great Non diet book, covered everything I needed to start my weight loss journey! Straight talking no crap. Loved it
I’ve read so many diet books, but this one seems to be the full package, covering food plans , mental health, fitness. They are all separated into chapters so you can skip to what your most interested in first. Also great when I’m ready to right down recipes, I just skipped to recipes chapter! It gives you great ideas and a motivation mind set. Makes you think differently about YOUR diet. Big Recommend!

Great guidance book
I love how all the sections/Chapters are divided up, so with the recipes, you can play when you are ready with a pen and paper. The book is divided so you can listen to the chapters when you are ready. Very insightful and interesting! Recommend!
