Excellent

Recommended this book by a friend. I was sceptical but found it very relatable. I loved the practical steps and daily focus. Being a person who had tried for decades to lose weight This book helped me realise that (for me) I was doing it all the wrong way round. I now practice the habit of eating healthy and my mantra is lodged in my head. 21 days in my weight is dropping but that’s no longer my goal, I’ll be whatever weight a heathy me is, but more importantly I like who I am becoming . And for a notorious self-loather this is amazing for me to admit. So if you’re focussed on changing a bad habit or making a new habit this is the book for you. Good luck. X

The gift that keeps on giving!

I’ve been a fan of Jens work for a few years now. She’s the only person that could narrate this well written book. Full of humour, anecdotes, real talk and compassion. This is the book you turn to to for a good balance of practical and woowoo advice on how to make valuable changes in your life.

I'm badass brah

Firstly it is refreshing that the author provides the narration. This adds a connection to the intentions behind the book.
The process you are guided through with real life examples shows that anyone can be the most badass version of themselves. You just need to get out of your own way!

Life changing book

Very inspiring, lifted my spirit. Very motivational and relatable ,worth reading. Definitely good for anyone trying to start new habits and stop bad habits.

Another great book from Jen

Love Jen's style, again this book is down to earth, relatable and packed with common sense and humour. Everything in here is so obvious once she points it out. It's a great guide to sorting out life and getting in the right place and space. Would defo recommend 👍

Another brilliant book by Jen Sincero!

Love love love this book! Jen always makes me smile with how she writes/speaks and makes me so focused, happy and like I can conquer the world!! I’ve just finished listening to this book while jogging along the seafront and it made me feel alive and so grateful for living near the sea. A great way to end this book! I highly recommend!!
