Any book or set of instructions or guide that would benefit the health and welfare of seniors is a blessing to be had. The author created this audiobook for the purpose of increasing seniors balance with the hopes of decreasing falling. There are easy to understand chapters on the exercises, and core movements, as well as a schedule to slowly increase stamina and coordination.

The audiobook is like a gift for seniors that could possibly keep them healthier, safer and more independent even as they age. This one could be played and augmented at senior homes everywhere. Highly recommended.

Must-do exercise for seniors

Losing balance and falling down is no joke for me, even though I am not a senior yet. I was hurt badly, and I understand how dangerous it can be, especially for seniors. This audiobook is a must-have for seniors and will also make a good gift for your grandparents. The best part is that there is a PDF file with photos and video content that you can refer to.
