Really relaxing voice

I really enjoy the voice from this audiobook, I find it very soothing and relaxing. I’m going to use it whenever I have trouble falling asleep.

Very useful exercises

I found these exercises so useful! I’ve been struggling to sleep due to stress these past 1 month! I been listening to this every night before i sleep this whole week and it really has helped me fall sleep! Highly recommend. Awesome job but the author George Noble it putting this all together!

Does what it says

I had never tried this before and was a bit skeptic all. But it does what it says. If you listen and follow, in no time you feel relaxed and eventually find yourself drifting off.

This really works for me!

This is a great meditative audiobook! I often have trouble falling asleep due to racing thoughts, and find it hard to stop going over things in my head endlessly.
These breathing exercises together with the narrator's calming voice have been working really well for me. After about 5 - 10 minutes, this audiobook manages to drive my focus away from the thoughts, and after a while I usually just shift to sleepy mode. Once or twice I even fell asleep before the meditation ended! Amazing result. Thanks!

Pleasant to listen to 😌!

I have had problems sleeping since a time ago, and this book helped me relax and fell asleep fast. The music and the narrator's voice are perfect for relaxing! I highly recommend this book!

Bedtime bless!

I have been a insomniac for the last few years since I reached a certain age!!
I have tried a few different sleep apps but I must say this book is amaaaazing!
The words and especially the voice sounds so soothing!!
I didn't realise at first that the author of this book has narrated the book himself.
Lovely, calming, soothing voice. I am definitely going to be listening to this book at the end of everyday, hopefully I will fall asleep quicker and stay asleep for longer!
I would recommend this book to anyone struggling to sleep, it's definitely worth a listen!!

Life saver

The techniques here really helped me fully unwind and get some decent rest before the early starts. Never realised how badly my lack of sleep was effecting my focus and concentration in the office before this
