4 weeks to better sleep

I can highly recommend this book for anyone who is looking to improve their sleep. Great suggestions and practical advice. It's too early to say whether it has transformed my sleep but a great deal cheaper than supplements from Holland and Barrett! The only negative is that Michael Mosley's narration refers to pdfs and recipe ideas, maybe an Audible issue as I can't see anything.

Disappointed

Whilst the content of the book was very interesting, not being able to access the pdfs is not going to help with this course so a bit pointless.

where is the pdf?

Very useful information. However, the referenced pdf is missing which is frustrating. This needs to be rectified.
