Todd Marshall Hearnsberger is an accomplished leader, author, and pastor with over two decades of experience in ministry, leadership development, and organizational management. His passion for helping others grow and thrive has been the driving force behind his multifaceted career. Todd is the founder and CEO of a service-oriented business in the DFW area and a Director of Hospitality at his home church in Fort Worth, Texas, where he oversees multiple hospitality ministries. Prior to his current roles, Todd held leadership positions at various corporate and Christian organizations. In these roles, Todd demonstrated his ability to improve work environments, streamline processes, and develop strong teams. As a former pastor, Todd has served in numerous capacities, including Senior Pastor at Legacy Church in Akron, Ohio, and Connections Pastor at Bethesda Community Church in Fort Worth, Texas. During his tenure at Legacy Church, Todd founded Legacy Preparatory Christian Academy, a K–12 school emphasizing college preparation, and a state-licensed preschool that quickly reached maximum capacity. Todd's experience also includes working as a Debt Financial Advisor and Client Services Manager at Christian Financial Advisors, where he helped families in crisis manage their debt and taught debt management and budgeting classes. Todd's educational background includes pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) degree from Liberty University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio Christian University, and a Biblical Studies/Theology degree from Valor Christian College. He is an ordained minister and has served on the board of directors of various Christian organizations.
