Sheetal Contractor is a PA licensed massage therapist, Yoga Alliance certified 500-hr yoga teacher/trainer (E-RYT500) and Wellness Coach. After being a corporate professional for 15 years, in the summer of 2006, she took a leap of faith and left the corporate world to pursue her passion – sharing mind/body wellness through yoga and bodywork. Sheetal’s yoga background includes training from diverse styles allowing her to create her own approach that focuses on self discovery, empowerment and self healing. As a holistic entrepreneur, Sheetal has -- created the YouTube channel ‘Empowered Wellness with Sheetal’ which offers guided meditations and yoga content that is accessible to all levels of experience -- participated as a trainer in numerous Yoga Alliance certified teacher training programs -- been a presenter/speaker at a variety of organized events including corporate health fairs and yoga festivals -- made an impact on her local community through her healing bodywork and wellness coaching services. Whether it’s through yoga, massage, or wellness coaching, Sheetal’s intention is to always provide a therapeutic experience that supports the individual’s unique growth and healing process. Her mission is to help people reclaim their power when it comes to their health and wellness. Sheetal herself strives to “live her yoga” by moving well, breathing well, and thinking well each and every day. She hopes to inspire and support others to do the same.
