Reesa Herberth grew up in Hawaii, tried Arizona for a few years, and eventually settled in the DC area because it turned out moving from a tropical rainforest to a desert was more of a shock than she could stand. She’s held a variety of crazy writer jobs, including book and video store manager for a defunct chain of music shops, office goddess for an artisan ice cream maker, cheese-cup scrubber at an organic goat dairy, and dye-stained proprietor of a small fiber arts business. Her hobbies include collecting art supplies, competitive procrastination, and just about anything that turns wool into clothes.
