Ruth Pearce, JD, PCC, CiC, is an international speaker, award winning coach and instructor. Her focus area is Mental Health in the Workplace and she works with leaders, followers, teams and organizations to advocate for creating work environments that protect and foster mental heath. With the mental health crisis we are experiencing, businesses need to be part of the solution and not just a cause. She is passionate about helping individuals break free from self-imposed limitations to craft a life that is meaningful, vibrant, and uniquely theirs. She is finally thankful for the winding journey and myriad experiences that brought her to the here and now. Ruth's sanctuary is nature. You might even spot her in the nearby park, indulging in a few cartwheels. Laughter is her secret sauce, and playfulness is the thread that weaves through the tapestry of her life. She enjoys time with her two German Shepherd Poodle mix dogs Luka and Misha and her binkying Lionhead rabbits BunnyPenny and Dylan.
