After several different careers, Mike finally gave into the demands of his writing muse and in 2012 published the dark fantasy/supernatural novelette, ‘Dark Water.’ Mike is excited by steampunk and gaslamp fantasy and is currently working on a series of short stories and novellas set in an alternate Victorian era. His first short story, 'Fear of Little Men' released in 2014 is the first of these adventures. When the hourglass allows, Mike is also working on the sequel to ‘Dark Water’ and his first novel. Mike lives in Australia and is a member of the Australian Horror Writer's Association and the Canberra Speculative Fiction Guild. He grows orchids and loves all things dark and fantastic.
