Barkin is a seasoned leader and innovator in Digital Operations, RPA, Intelligent Automation, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and the Future of Work. He is the author of numerous popular LinkedIn Learning courses on RPA, AI, and Digital Strategy. He was the host of the video podcast series OneTAKE, where he explored the future of work, life and culture. And yes, robots. Barkin holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Middlebury College.
